I am BP2 and have never had psychosis while up (except with the help of some recreational drugs). I have however heard voices and had delusions while depressed. They were mood congruant, so they were very threatening and very scarey. I feel like that is just around the corner with this current depression. I'm scared and need help!

Oh boy have I!!! I've had them while both up and down. I've had them while being on the wrong meds too. I hope you don't experience this again. It's not the ideal situation.
